The objective of this custom experience was to raise awareness and increase favorable opinion of Marriott as the leading hotel brand that truly understands the modern traveler. The custom W8 experience was designed to showcase the innovative changes Marriott has made in order to make travel more brilliant.
Additionally, this project was the first custom Microsoft advertisement fully built against new Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Ad SDK requirements, which added a substantial layer of complexity to both the production schedule and the cross-team relationships.
Role
As the primary technical PM on this project, I oversaw the development of design comps and development builds, and I worked with client teams to negotiate features and schedules.
